Don’t Die is a skill-based, single-player crypto roguelike where players build custom dice to navigate a path and survive encounters. The core mechanic involves strategic risk management: players roll dice to determine actions, and winning fights allows them to add new sides to their dice, making them more powerful over time. The game features a seasonal tournament model with real USDC stakes and prize pools, where players compete on leaderboards rather than traditional farming mechanics. The project is currently in Beta, with Season 1 having concluded and Season 2 in development.

Key Features
– Dice Building Strategy: Players start with a standard 6-sided die and add new sides (e.g., damage, block, poison) after wins to create custom 7-sided or larger dice.
– Risk vs. Reward Gameplay: Players must decide whether to push further for higher scores or retreat to safe zones (campfires) to secure progress.
– Seasonal Tournaments: Competitive seasons with USDC prize pools where skill determines rewards, rather than passive farming.
– NFT Integration: Players can earn or purchase NFTs that grant entry to tournaments and share of prize pools.

Blockchain Integration
The game operates on the Avalanche blockchain and utilizes USDC for tournament stakes and rewards. NFTs serve as tournament entry passes and provide a share of the prize pool for players who complete the game.
