Project XENO Token: Game to End Coin Withdrawals on November 25

GXE fell 19.8% between the 1st and the 2nd of November 2026, from $0.00008153 to $0.00006543. On the 2nd of November 2026, Project XENO said it would end withdrawals of EX G coins at maintenance on the 25th of November 2026. Players must ask to withdraw before that maintenance starts. After it, every EX G coin balance would become regular G coins, which can still be spent in the game. EX U coin withdrawals would end at the same maintenance. ^[1]

EX U and EX G coins were the only coins players could withdraw. EX U coins came from playing with NFT XENOs, and withdrawing them turned them into EX G coins. Withdrawn EX G coins were then paid out in GXE to the player’s wallet, according to a Japanese player guide. ^[2]

What the token actually does

GXE sets the value of G coins in Project XENO, a free-to-play game. From the 31st of May 2024, Project XENO set one G coin equal to one GXE. Before that, one G coin was fixed at one US cent. From then on, a G coin’s value moved with GXE’s price, and the project warned that it could rise and fall sharply. G coins bought with a credit card or with GXE could not be withdrawn. Only EX G coins could. ^[4]

More on the story

Project XENO first set the end of EX U coin withdrawals on the 25th of August 2026. It said the number of players holding more EX U coins than the withdrawal minimum had fallen considerably. It called the change part of a review of its operating structure. ^[5]

By then, the game had already dropped its other Web3 features. On the 15th of July 2026, it closed its marketplace and ended NFT trading and transfers. It also stopped its EARN features and all of its token pools, including the jackpot. Project XENO said EX U coin withdrawals would carry on after that update. ^[6]

There is no information yet on what GXE would be used for in the game after the 25th of November 2026.
