Artyfact News: Gate and MEXC Delist ARTY in the Same Week

Since the crypto exchange Gate said on the 14th of October 2026 that it would delist ARTY, the token has fallen 70.9%. It went from $0.01030 to $0.002997 on the 23rd of October 2026. ARTY is the token of the shooter game Artyfact.

Gate said ARTY was one of 22 coins that no longer met its listing standards. It did not give a reason for each coin. Deposits had already stopped, and trading on Gate stopped at 03:00 UTC on the 21st of October 2026. ^[1]

MEXC, another exchange, delisted ARTY on the 23rd of October 2026. MEXC’s notice gives the 20th of October 2026 as the day ARTY joined its “ST” warning list. Under MEXC’s rules, a token with that tag is delisted when MEXC judges its risk to users to be severe. ^[2]

KuCoin, a third exchange, had already dropped ARTY. It delisted the token on the 30th of July 2026, under what it calls its Special Treatment Rules. ^[3]

Artyfact posted on X on the 16th, the 19th and the 21st of October 2026. All three posts were about its game, and none mentioned Gate or MEXC. ^{[4] [5] [6]} As of the 26th of October 2026, it had posted nothing on X since.

What the token actually does

On the 12th of October 2026, Artyfact said a player needed at least 1,000 ARTY in an Artyfact wallet to enter Arena Duel, the game’s one-on-one mode. Each duel also cost a 1 USDT ticket. USDT is a crypto coin that tracks the US dollar. Players also paid a small network fee in BNB, the coin of BNB Chain. ^[8]

Artyfact said on the 28th of September 2026 that the winner of a duel took the reward and that it charged a 10% platform fee. ^[9] Its website lists wagering among the game’s features. ^[10]

On the 2nd and the 5th of October 2026, Artyfact asked players on X which coin they would rather use in Arena. USDT won both polls, with 60.4% of 308 votes and then 54.5% of 253 votes. ^{[11] [12]}

Artyfact is a free shooter for Windows on the Epic Games Store. Epic lists it as an Early Access game, which Epic says is still being built and may change a lot. ^[13]

The store page also carries Epic’s notice for blockchain games. Epic says it does not encourage buying or selling any cryptocurrency. Purchases through outside marketplaces are at the player’s own risk, Epic says. ^[13]

More on the story

Users who still hold ARTY on Gate after the 3rd of November 2026 can apply to sell it back to Gate. Gate would pay 0.00214754 USDT for each ARTY, up to 100 USDT per user. The form opens at 16:00 UTC on the 3rd of November 2026 and closes at 16:00 UTC on the 10th of November 2026. Users who do not want the buyback should withdraw their tokens as soon as possible, Gate said. They can also move them to its Gate Web3 Wallet. ^[1]

MEXC said withdrawals would stay open for 30 days after the delisting. If a project stopped looking after its token before then, holdings would be turned into USDT at the delisting price. Users were told to withdraw in time “to avoid any asset losses”. ARTY sent to MEXC after the delisting would go back to the sending address, minus network fees. ^[2]

KuCoin closed ARTY withdrawals on the 31st of August 2026. It said it would not cover users’ losses if problems on the project’s side stopped withdrawals. ^[3]

Outside exchanges, ARTY can still be swapped in small pools on BNB Chain. A pool is a pot of two tokens that lets people trade one for the other without an exchange.
