Cambria has given three launch dates for its RSGP token, and all three have passed. [1][2][3] In the Cambria game, players buy Keys with USDC and risk them on dungeon runs in a browser. [4] Cambria first named June 2026, then August, then September. [1][2][3] Since the 15th of September 2026 it has given no date. [5] On the 9th of October 2026, Cambria’s founder said RSGP was “not live yet” and told people to be “careful with tickers”. [6] He said the same day that RSGP is “coming to Base”. [13] Two tokens that use the name Cambria and the RSGP ticker have since started trading on a different blockchain, Solana, according to DexScreener, a site that tracks crypto trading. [26] Their trading opened on the 16th and the 21st of October 2026. [26] Cambria’s Founding Charters, a set of 4,096 NFTs for its next game, minted out on the 8th of October 2026. [8][16] The allowlist price was 0.06 ETH. [7] On the 19th of October 2026, Cambria ended support for its games on the Blast and Abstract chains. [9] Players with old stakes there now have to claim them through Cambria’s Discord, its docs say. [19]
On the 4th of March 2026, Cambria said an early sale of RSGP had raised about $1 million from 958 buyers. [10] The sale priced RSGP at a $30 million fully diluted valuation. [10] A fully diluted valuation is the token price multiplied by every token that will ever exist. The sale’s terms estimated that the token and the game’s mainnet launch would both come in June 2026. [1] Mainnet is a blockchain’s live network, as opposed to a test one. The terms said buyers’ tokens would be “100% Unlocked” at launch, with no vesting, so none of them would be locked. [1]

On the 22nd of July 2026, Cambria said “$RSGP is coming in August.” [2] It gave players free Loot Chests holding RSGP and 14 days to claim them. [2] Its patch notes said the chests would open “in August when $RSGP launches”. [11] On the 26th of August 2026, Cambria said RSGP would launch in September instead. [3]
On the 15th of September 2026, Cambria said RSGP would be “governed by” a new Cambria Foundation. [28] The Foundation gave no launch date and said more would be shared “ahead of the Genesis Event”. [5] Cambria’s founder, who posts as cyberpunk, wrote the same day that the project “took a few extra detours”. [12] There is no information on why the dates moved.
There is no information yet on RSGP’s total supply or the rest of its split. Cambria said on the 27th of February 2026 that its community would own 51% of the token and that RSGP would not be a game currency. [1]
Who is waiting on the token
Three groups are waiting on RSGP. Presale buyers will receive their tokens at the wallet they paid from, Cambria said on the 15th of September 2026. [14] Players who claimed the Loot Chests still hold chests that open only when RSGP launches. [11]
From Cambria’s Ecosystem Update, the 26th of August 2026
The third group held Cambria’s older NFTs. On the 26th of August 2026, Cambria retired three NFT collections, the Founders, Cores and Companions, ahead of RSGP. [3] Founders and Cores holders were to receive an RSGP allocation based on a snapshot taken on the 28th of August 2026. Companions were to become items in the game. [3] Cambria said the details would come with RSGP’s tokenomics, before the token can be claimed. [3] Its docs now say Founders “no longer have active utility”. [15] In the same update, Cambria wrote that “updates that should’ve taken weeks took months”. [3]
What a Founding Charter is
Founding Charters are NFTs for Cambria Genesis, Cambria’s next game, which has not launched yet. [9][16] Cambria made 4,096 of them: 512 Viceroy Charters by invitation and 3,584 Citizen Charters for an allowlist. [16] The founder said all mint money would go to a Crown Treasury fund or an RSGP fund. [17] His post did not say how the money would be split between them. [17] On OpenSea, the lowest asking price for a Charter was 0.0519 ETH on the 22nd of October 2026, below the 0.06 ETH allowlist price. [27]

Cambria’s own docs list what the Charters cannot do yet. [16] “The Crown Ledger is not live yet,” they say, and Charter perks roll out in stages. [16] Most Charter traits are “still potentially subject to change”, and only two, Voyage and Standing, will never change. [16] Three of the home cities printed on Charters do not exist in the game yet, and those Charters get no city perks until they open. [16] Cambria Genesis contracts were not yet deployed on the 15th of October 2026, Cambria said. [9] There is no information yet on a release date for Cambria Genesis.
What changed in the Cambria game on the 19th of October
Cambria ended support for its games on Blast and Abstract on the 19th of October 2026. [9] Cambria also said it would move unclaimed stakes from Duel Arena, a mode it stopped running in 2025, off both chains “to prevent loss”. [9] The money sat in one contract on each chain. [19]
A Duel Arena win paid in ETH, in the Cambria game
Blockchain records show the Blast contract sent out 1.2 ETH and 0.854696268903818 ETH on the 19th of October 2026. [20] The Abstract contract still held 5.225825 ETH on the 22nd of October 2026. [21] Cambria’s docs say both were “swept on Oct 19”. [19]
Players with an old stake now claim it by opening a ticket on Cambria’s Discord and signing a message from the original wallet, the docs say. [19] Cambria pays verified claims in ETH on Ethereum “within 30 business days”. [19] The docs warn: “Leaving unclaimed stakes in place means they will be lost.” [19] They also say Cambria “will not DM you first” and will never ask for a seed phrase or for money to “unlock” a claim. [19]
Two chain deadlines remain. After the 26th of October 2026, money left on Blast can only be withdrawn through Blast’s bridge contracts on Ethereum, the docs say. [19] Abstract is set to shut down on the 15th of December 2026, and funds not moved off it by then “will be inaccessible”. [19] Players who sign in to Cambria only with an Abstract wallet should probably link another wallet or login before that date, the patch notes say. [18]
What people are saying
BlockchainGamer.biz is a trade site that covers blockchain games. Jon Jordan reported for it on the Foundation’s announcement on the 15th of September 2026. “Token generation event” is the crypto term for the day a token is first created and handed out.
The announcement did not disclose token supply, distribution, chain, valuation or a date for the token generation event.[22]

eGamers.io, a crypto gaming news site, reported on the Charter mint on the 7th of October 2026, the day before it minted out. Its report drew on what Cambria’s founder, Ben, said in a Discord question-and-answer session.
According to Ben, the project’s lead, the Charter mint comes first. The $RSGP token will launch after it, and an incentivized testnet with a bug bounty will follow the token. Neither milestone has a date yet.[23]

On the 20th of October 2026, an X user who posts as ToxiC55 listed the Charter sell-out among signs that Web3 gaming might be coming back. Web3 gaming is the crypto industry’s name for games built on blockchains.
I’m starting to feel like Web3 gaming is coming back.[24]

Another X user, luidji, quoted the post the same day and disagreed. His post asked for a crypto game that has earned money over years without repeated NFT or token sales.
Web3 gaming isn’t making a comeback, liquidity extraction events are.[25]
