Powday Farm's $EVA token was due in January 2026 and never launched. Its team launched three memecoins and drew a wallet warning from Solana Gaming.

Powday Farm Promised a Token in January. It Launched Memecoins Instead

Powday Farm said its $EVA token would go live on Solana on the 28th of January 2026. [1] Nine months later, there is still no $EVA. The team behind the browser farming game has launched three memecoins instead, and Solana Gaming cancelled a Powday event with a warning not to connect a wallet to the game.

The token that never arrived

Evah Studio, the anonymous team behind Powday Farm, announced $EVA on the 15th of November 2025. It was to be a governance token with a supply of 600 million, paired with SOL for all in-game trading. The team set aside 1 million EVA for an airdrop to active Discord members. [1]

The January date passed. On the 22nd of February 2026, Powday wrote that the “EVA TGE schedule will be revealed in the next few days.” [2] A TGE is the moment a token is created and starts trading. Powday has not posted a date since. As of the 16th of October 2026, we found no $EVA token from Evah Studio on CoinGecko, GeckoTerminal, DexScreener or Jupiter.

Players do earn something with EVA in its name, but only inside the game. Rewards pay out in gEVA, an in-game balance that does not exist on the blockchain. The current events, which run until the 18th of October, share a pool of 3,670,000 gEVA. [3]

Three memecoins instead

In late July 2026, a new X account called ColorZu appeared. Its bio reads “A Meme Kingdom by Evah Studio.” [4] On the 1st of August, ColorZu said it was “built by Evah Studio, the team behind @PowdayOfficial,” and that its first wave of momentum would come from Powday’s 3,000-plus Discord members. [5]

On the 2nd and 3rd of August, the team launched three tokens on pump.fun, a site where anyone can create a memecoin in minutes. They are $KINGZU, $HIPZU and $ELEZU. [6] The hippo token had a rocky start. Its first version, $HIPPOZU, was scrapped within a day. ColorZu told holders to “cash out” before 12:00 UTC on the 3rd of August, after which “the team will perform the final cash out.” It blamed bundlers, wallets that grab a big share of a new token at launch, and an “unfavorable status” on pump.fun. [7]

Powday tied its own future to the memecoins. It said ColorZu would “bring more users, attention, and liquidity into the Powday ecosystem.” [8] On the 20th of August, it announced a “Hyper Version” that turns the three tokens into heroes you can upgrade in the game. The post ended with a prediction: “The prices of all three ColorZu tokens are expected to rise rapidly once the news is released.” [9]

They did not rise. None of the three ever grew big enough to leave pump.fun for a regular exchange. $KINGZU peaked at about $10,000 in market value on its launch day. Today each token is worth about $3,500 and has between 11 and 17 holders. [10] [11] [12]

The wallet warning

In mid-August, Solana Gaming cancelled a planned event with Powday. Aleksa Flamingo, a community manager for Solana Gaming, [13] posted a notice in its Discord headed “POWDAY EVENT CANCELLED” and “DO NOT CONNECT YOUR WALLET.” It said the game “is currently prompting users to enter their wallet’s private key, which is extremely sensitive information that should never be shared with anyone or any application.” [14]

Powday answered on the 14th of August with a screenshot of that notice. It said the event was cancelled 30 minutes before it was due to start, and that it got about five minutes to respond. [14] It also said its wallet is self-custodial. A private key you import is encrypted with your own password and stored in your browser, and it never reaches Powday’s servers. Powday added that it strongly recommends creating a new wallet just for the game rather than importing your main one. [15]

We could not check either side’s technical claims. Solana Gaming has not posted about Powday on X, and we found no correction. Powday’s own advice is the safe rule for any game. Never import a wallet that holds real money.

Where Powday Farm stands

The game still runs, and its leaderboard events end on the 18th of October. [3] Other plans have slipped too. A whitepaper for the new guild system was due on the 8th of September. [16] We found no sign that it came out. Powday’s Discord had 3,257 members at the end of March 2026. [17] Today it has about 2,800.

Powday has not said when $EVA will launch, or whether it still plans to.
