Assemble a crew of Pirate NFTs, build ships, and raid the Infinite Isles in a fully onchain RPG of PvE battles, loot, and progression. Pirate Nation ran in the browser on Proof of Play’s Apex and Boss chains, with the $PIRATE token settling on Ethereum. Proof of Play sunset the game in September 2025 and folded its PvE modes into Proof of Play Arcade on the Abstract chain, then shut the studio down entirely in August 2026, open-sourcing the game’s code and art. The independent Pirate Nation Foundation now stewards the $PIRATE token, which still trades.
